Before you buy

How does the lot know I’m allowed to park?

By plate. The tow company checks a live list of active permits, so the plate you enter at checkout must match the car you park.

What if I get a new car or a new plate?

Email park@ndhmpark.com with your name and the new plate before you park it. The list updates the same day.

Will I get towed?

Not with your plate on the list. Anyone without a permit is towed at the vehicle owner’s expense (Kentucky law, KRS 189.725).

If a failed card is not fixed, your plate comes off the list automatically, so keep your card current.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the manage-my-permit page (linked in every receipt). Your permit stays active through the month you paid for.

Do you give refunds?

Permits are billed monthly in advance and are not prorated.

What happens if my card fails?

You get an email with a link to fix the card. We retry for up to 7 days and your plate stays on the list while we do.

After that the permit cancels and the plate comes off the list.

What about Rupp and Coliseum event nights?

Nothing changes. Your permit is good 24/7, event nights included. We never sell permit holders’ spaces for events.

Can I pay for a few hours instead of a month?

No. This lot is monthly permits only.
